Prices

Please select the country of delivery in the navigation menu to receive the correct price. During checkout, prices will be shown after the delivery address has been provided.

• For customers from EU countries, prices include the local VAT rate depending on the delivery address (e.g. DE 19%, AT 20%, CZ 21%, SK 20%, SE 25%, HU 27%).
  Tip: customers from Hungary can click & collect in Vienna for lower VAT (20% AT VAT instead of 27% HU VAT)
• Customers from non-EU countries can order with us at net prices (0% VAT). The customer must pay any customs duties + VAT that may arise.

Shipping

• To keep the overall cost low, shipping is not included in the individual product price. The shipping cost is calculated after adding the shipping address in the checkout process.
• Shipping by Post (international), UPS (EU) or DPD (Austria).
• Express mail service is available on request at an extra cost. Please get in touch with us if needed.
• If the order needs to be processed quickly, please specify in the order comment section, and we will do our best :)
• All customers receive an email to track and trace the consignment after it has been sent.
