Sportident SIAC Battery Service

Single-item SIAC battery service is only available for customers within the EU.

Items must be sent in for battery exchange (without band) to:

You need to pay for the post charges to us. The SIAC battery replacement takes 2 weeks.

How to know if the battery needs replacement

You can measure the voltage of the SIAC's battery by using an ordinary SPORTident station configured as SIAC battery test.

Alternatively, the SIAC's integrated battery voltage measurement, with a beeping signal, will indicate the need for a battery replacement.

Finally, you can also check the battery status (age, clear count, voltage, and others) with the SPORTident software Config+ together with a readout station.

Rule of thumb: Exchange the battery 3 years after you bought it.
