Minihex upper

Ultralight and with minimal flex for better foot control and a toughness unexpected for a racing shoe.

Kevlar upper

Durable an super-light Kevlar fabric made in Italy. Kevlar is an abrasion resistance high durable and breathable fabric.

ProtectOR

On the inside of the shoes we have our ProtectOR that will protect your foot from hits from stones and twigs. When you pull the laces tight the ProtectOR takes hold and provides the most secure and comfortable hold of your foot.

SpikeProtector

In the forefoot of the 3-compound midsole in the F1 we have added a SpikeProtector plate to decrease the pressure from the spikes. This make the running more comfortable.

3-compound midsole

The midsole is built in three different compounds. Under the heal we have a softer compound and along the outside of the heal we have a harder compound to keep the midsole in shape. In the middle of the sole under the arch we have added a hard-arch support to make the midsole stiffer and more comfortable. In the forefoot we use 3 flexing points for best flexibility and increased foot control.

F1 Metal stud outsole

The metal stud outsole has 15 metals studs strategically placed for the ultimate grip. Under the forefoot 9 metal studs and under the heal 4 metal studs. The 3 metal studs in the front of the shoes are placed to give the maximal grip when running fast. Under the arch we have two metal studs to prevent you sliding to the sides. The rubber studs are 6.5 mm and we have added mini horizontal lines (to the top of the blocks) for even better wet weather performance. The inner blocks have all small slits cut inwards. This enables the blocks to “squirm” and increase grip under directional force or load.
